1. Our Standard Return Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of the original delivery date. This applies to all products, including those you no longer want (buyer’s remorse), subject to the conditions below:

Return Window: 14 calendar days from the date your order was marked as delivered.

Eligible Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used hair care and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

To start your return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

Ship the Item: Clearly mark your RMA number on the package and ship to our fulfilment centre (address provided below).

4. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2–3 business days):
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened, used, or unsealed personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
