Aroma Curls Return & Refund Policy
At Aroma Curls, we do not offer refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged under the conditions outlined below.
Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery of each item.
Please note: If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package has its own 7-day return window starting from the delivery date of that specific package.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- Items must be defective to qualify for a return. Defects include broken seals or damaged bottles that may have caused contamination.
- Items cannot be returned due to personal preference or because an ingredient does not agree with the customer. All product ingredients are clearly listed on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them before purchase.
- Returns are not accepted if the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

- If your return is approved, items must be sent back via courier within the specified time period. We do not offer pickup services.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to complete the exchange process.
